Monday

  • Turbo Training – Dracaena Centre (website) | 13+ | £15 for 10 sessions | 6.00-7.00pm >> Bring your own bikes with you.
  • Club Run – Leave from the Dracaena Centre | 13 + | 7.00-8.00pm >> There are showers and changing facilities. If you cycle first, there is safe/locked storage for your bikes.

Thursday

  • Track Session – Carn Brea Running Track (with Hayle Runners) | 16+ | £2 | 7.00-8.30pm

Saturday

  • Surf Life Saving Pool Training (starts 8th October) – Truro School Pool (website) | £2 | Times below >>

5.00-6.00pm (8-10 years)
6.00-7.00pm (11-13 years / Improving Adults)
7.00-8.00pm (Juniors and Advanced Adults)

  • Triathlon Swimming Training (starts 8th October) – Truro School Pool (website) | £2 | 7.00-8.00pm

Sunday

  • Club Cycle/Ski Training – Check the Gylly Facebook page weekly for info on when/where to meet.

Every member will have to pay the pool fee when training and there is a £1 sub every club morning. This will go directly back into the club to source new equipment.

Training times may be subject to change. Every effort will be made to keep you informed if this does happen, and it will posted on the blog of this site. Keep checking this site/Facebook, as this will be our easiest way of communication.

Children under 16 are asked to wear trainers while training on the beach.

Please bring a wetsuit for sunday mornings and suitable clothing for the other training sessions.

Training sessions usually begin on the allocated time, so please come 5 minutes early so we don’t leave you behind! Also, could parents please arrive 5 minutes before the session finishes to collect your child (if you cannot stay)
