The Updated Summer Training Program:

Club Morning/Nipper SLS Training. Sunday @ Gylly. 10.30-11.30am (10 and under) | 12.00-1.00pm (11-13 years) £1

Junior/Adult SLS Training.
Saturday, 6.00-7.30pm @ Gylly, (13+) £1 (could change to different locations depending on conditions, watch this space)

Beginners Running. Monday, 6.00pm @ Gylly, 13+. (coached by Michelle)

Club Tri Run.
Monday, 7.00pm @ Gylly, 13+.

Track Run.
Thursday, 7.00pm @ Carn Brea Running Track. (running with a Hayle Runners session) £2

Open Water Swim. Monday, 6.00pm @ Gylly, 13+ and confident swimmers.

Evening Nipper Beach Training. Wednesday, 6.15-7.15pm @ Gylly (open to nippers competing in upcoming champs)

Nipper Run.
TBC.

Club Cycle. TBC once we know everyone's schedules. (Post on our Facebook page if you are going for a ride, and would like some company).


Notes:

Every member will have to pay the pool fee when training and there is a £1 sub every club morning. This will go directly back into the club to source new equipment.

Training times may be subject to change. Every effort will be made to keep you informed if this does happen, and it will posted on the blog of this site. Keep checking your e-mails as this will be our easiest way of communication.

Children under 16 are asked to wear trainers while training on the beach.

Please bring a wetsuit for sunday mornings and suitable clothing for the other training sessions.

Training sessions usually begin on the allocated time, so please come 5 minutes early so we don't leave you behind!
